Section 1.0 Data Minimization Strategies
At BizDocs GAN Laboratory, we operate under a clinical standard of data minimization. We only collect the specific visual and structural metadata required to train adversarial networks to your business specifications. Unlike generic generation platforms, we do not scrape external datasets or utilize client project data to optimize internal laboratory weights unless explicitly consented to in a research partnership.
Personal identifiers provided via contact inquiries or service agreements (such as name, Canadian business registration numbers, and Toronto-based physical addresses) are siloed from the synthesis servers.
Section 2.0 Synthetic Media Ownership
- Model Weights: Specialized GAN hyper-parameters derived from client source data remain the exclusive property of the client.
- High-Fidelity Outputs: All final visualized datasets are transferred to client control upon project terminal signals.
- Metadata Logs: Laboratory logs regarding synthesis methodology are retained for 12 months for quality assurance.
Section 3.0 Third-Party Processing
We do not sell, lease, or distribute data to third-party aggregators. All computational processing occurs within Canadian infrastructure or encrypted cloud nodes that comply with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Any external APIs used for structural analysis (such as fidelity verification) are screened to ensure they do not store user-provided inputs beyond the active synthesis window.
