Section_01 Acceptance of Conditions

By accessing the BizDocs GAN Laboratory portal at bizdocs.vip, you acknowledge that you are engaging with a technical research environment focused on synthetic image generation. Use of this site constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and BizDocs GAN Laboratory located at 1 King St W, Toronto. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all interaction with our synthesis models and technical documentation immediately.

Section_02 Acceptable Use of Lab Data

The outputs provided by our Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) are classified as high-fidelity synthetic visual data. Users are granted a limited license to utilize these outputs subject to the following rigors:

• 2.1 Synthetic outputs must not be represented as authentic or unmanipulated photographic evidence in legal, journalistic, or clinical contexts.
• 2.2 Reverse-engineering our proprietary GAN hyperparameter weights or extracting datasets for the purpose of training unauthorized third-party models is strictly prohibited.
• 2.3 All synthetic data batches must retain their laboratory-issued synthesis parameters if used for R&D purposes to maintain structural traceability.

Section_03 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, BizDocs GAN Laboratory shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies, hallucinations, or structural artifacts occurring within generated synthetic media. The laboratory provides synthesis services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that synthetic outputs will be fit for specific aesthetic or architectural purposes without professional manual verification by the user's technical team.
